a. Orders can be cancelled before they have been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation Process:

   ii. Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.

   iii. Follow the instructions to request cancellation.

b. Alternatively, you can contact us at Info@cyntexiapharma.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

c. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request if the order has not been processed for shipping. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

a. If your order is eligible for cancellation and has not been processed for shipping, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

b. If your order has already been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled, and our refund policy will apply. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
