Thank you for choosing Cyntexia. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you should you need to return a purchase. Please review the following guidelines regarding our refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

a. General Criteria:

   – Product(s) must be in its original, unused purchase condition.

   – Packaging of each product must be unopened and not defaced in any manner.

   – Product(s) must be accompanied by a proof of purchase such as a receipt or tax invoice.

   – All paperwork, parts, and accessories that were delivered with the product(s) must also be returned.

   – If the product(s) were purchased as part of a set, pack, or bundle, all other product(s) in the set, pack, or bundle must also be returned.

b. Specific Scenarios:

   i. Defective or damaged product upon delivery.

   ii. Incorrect product delivered.

   iii. Delivered product(s) different from what was described online.

   iv. Product(s) near expiry or already expired upon delivery.

   v. Product(s) in the initial order but not delivered.

2. Initiation of Refund:

a. To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

   i. Log in to your account on our website.

   ii. Go to your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

   iii. Follow the instructions to request a refund, providing details about the reason for the return.

b. Alternatively, you can contact us at Info@cyntexiapharma.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

c. Upon receiving your return request, we will review and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

d. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within the specified time frame.

3. Return Shipping:

a. Cyntexia covers shipping costs for both delivery and return in the following cases:

   i. Product(s) near expiry or already expired upon delivery.

   ii. Defective or damaged product upon delivery.

   iii. Incorrect product delivered.

   iv. Delivered product(s) different from what was described online.

b. For other returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

c. We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

For COD orders, please contact Cyntexia at Info@cyntexiapharma.com to arrange for a bank transfer or issuance of credit vouchers.
